NOSHOK brand pressure transmitter, with a range of -30 inHg to 100 psig and an accuracy of 0.25% (BFSL). It has a 4 mA to 20 mA output and 1/4 NPT male and 1/2 NPT conduit connections. Includes a 6 foot cable attached.
