SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICIES
At rsimports, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. Below, we detail our terms to ensure transparency and security for every order.
1. SHIPPING POLICIES
- Free Shipping: Free shipping applies exclusively to selected products and current promotions.
- Condition: Only valid for specified items.
- Accepted Payment Methods: Mobile Money (MMG), Bank Transfer, USDT (Binance), or PayPal.
- Process: Once the payment is confirmed in our account, your order will be processed with the free shipping option if applicable.
- Cash on Delivery (Suspended): For operational and logistical security reasons, the Cash on Delivery (COD) method is temporarily DISABLED. All orders must be paid in full before dispatch without exception. We appreciate your understanding.
- Processing Times:
- We process orders Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
- Dispatch to the courier agency is carried out within 4 to 8 days after payment confirmation for selected products. For special orders or pre-notified items, dispatch takes 15 to 20 days, subject to inventory availability and shipping label generation.
- Delivery Times: Once the package is in the hands of the carrier, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination city within Guyana.Note: Times may vary due to external factors (fuel availability, power outages, or courier agency delays). If the order exceeds 20 business days without justification, the client may request a formal review of the case.
2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS
All policies are aligned with current e-commerce regulations and consumer protection standards in Guyana:
- Defects or Errors: If you receive a defective product or one that does not correspond to your purchase, rsimports takes responsibility for the replacement of the product, an exchange, or a money-back refund.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 30 days after the formal request is approved.
- Important Note: Refunds are not granted for “change of mind” or “buyer’s remorse” if the product was correctly dispatched, meets the description offered, and was received in good condition.
